    Here it goes:

“Overall, I enjoyed the motivational video presentation by Robert Wilson. At first, I felt he was
speaking quite fast and I had to learn it and listen quite carefully. He was mentioning some jargon- like words like “liberating lingo” and I thought perhaps the whole presentation was going to be like that. However, that was just in the intro and he soon started speaking in more detail about how we can use |” liberating lingo” to grow and develop ourselves.

I like his positive message and find it quite inspirational. He is encouraging us to make a shift in our minds by using alternative words to the usual words we associate with personal growth. It is amazing how, by comparing two words and using one instead of the other, we can invoke different feelings inside ourselves.

Using alternative words can make us feel less pressured and more capable of achieving what we set out to do. It’s more motivating to use the less threatening word. For example, consider the words “outcome” instead of “goal”. The word “goal” conjures up feelings of pressure and hustling towards a set ending point. The word “outcome” is less threatening and more positive.

Robert says we can’t rerun the same internal dialogue and expect different results. We need to energize our brains. We need to be enlightened, otherwise we will think in the same old, unhelpful ways. To energize ourselves is a process that starts within us. We have the power to do this. We can “expand” instead of forcing ourselves to “change”. We need to give ourselves permission to rise.

He provides us with a lot of helpful content. I will definitely take his suggestions on board and do my best to implement them daily. The only suggestion I can think of to improve the video would be if he could include a few visual aids. if he could show a few keywords on the screen, it might help to highlight the words he wants to empathize.”
